CANCELATION POLICY
Please make any adjustments to your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event of an emergency or sickness the fee will be waived. If the appointment is canceled after 48 hours a 50% fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If you no show your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. I appreciate your understanding and respecting my time. Since I am an a service provider, my time is how I earn a living. Without adequate notice, potential clients may miss the opportunity for an appointment.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services are not offered. If you received a damaged product please contact the shipper directly. All sales are final.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Please let me know if you need any adjustments to your hair within 72 hours after your service. I stand behind my work and if I made an error I am more than happy to fix it! Never feel bad asking!
CHILDREN AND OTHER GUESTS
Please note that my space in rather limited in space. If you plan on bringing a friend please ask before doing so. Also, kids are awesome, but not when you are getting your hair done and relaxing, I ask that you make other arrangements for them before coming to your appointment.
ONLINE BOOKING
Please visit my online booking site if you wish to schedule an appointment online. All new color clients need to fill out the new client form before scheduling online.
TYPES OF PAYMENT
Sam Klüg Artistry accepts cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard . I do not accept any outside cash cards such as Visa or any other 3rd party cards. I currently do not offer gift cards. If someone else is paying for your service, please contact me ahead of time to make arrangements. Payments must be received at the time of the service and in one transaction.
